Handwoven felt bag
This is a unique bag handmade by myself in Queanbeyan, Australia.
The outer fabric is handwoven wool, which has then been felted. It a lovely heathered brown with pops of red and gold. The bottom of the bag is handwoven brown and yellow, making a kind of checkerboard effect. The inner fabric is Japanese tenugui cotton cloth, bought many years ago in Japan.
The bag is a 14cm cube with one small internal pocket (9cm by 5cm). The bag can be sinched shut by pulling on both knotted ends of the ribbon at the same time.
This bag is big enough to hold a small project, such as a beanie or a pair of socks, if used as a project bag.
