Cana Ruca - Timberly Tim (#09)
This yarn is an autumnal mix of a red-orange that cycles into a light olive and light chestnut, back through olive and then into red-orange again.
Cana Ruca, 'sugar cane' in Spanish, is a soft, glossy yarn made from viscose derived from sugar cane. It reminds me of stranded embroidery floss, with its lustre and five strands made up of tightly twisted twin plys.
Each skein is hand painted. If using this in projects that need more than one skein it's recommended to alternate skeins every 2 to 4 rows. This yarn is also slightly splitty, so a hook or needles with nice rounded tips is recommended.
